Mixed Feelings About This Stay
defensive responseabsent housekeeping
I was disappointed with a few aspects of my visit. Housekeeping did not replace towels one day. Staff then implied I had the 'do not disturb' sign displayed, untrue. I found this defensive response frustrating (especially after a long day).

i found the staff very attentive and helpful . the vending machine and ice machine on my floor were convenient. the provision of yukatas for all guests was a lovely touch, i appreciated it. the hotel's proximity to train stations and shinsekai made exploring easy.
i noticed the rooms aren't cleaned during your stay and new mugs weren't provided daily.

the daily breakfast included local cuisine options, and they were quite good. there is an option to exchange your breakfast coupon for 2500 yen at the restaurant. the breakfast area was great and spacious.

the twin room was very spacious and clean. yukatas are provided for all guests adding a nice traditional touch. it was comfortable, and the layout was very functional.

there is a grassy garden where children can play. the availability of washing machines and dryers could be checked via the app which i found useful. a free locker room with plenty of space allows luggage storage.

the hotel is near train stations, which offers convenient access to many destinations. shin-imamiya station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. it is easy to access jr and nankai lines.

the hotel had ample space for children to play freely and the staff members were consistently helpful. we stored our luggage securely after checking out. the omo house with kitchen had a wonderful view and all necessary amenities. close proximity to the train station was convenient
the curtains did not block sunlight effectively it woke us up early each morning

the twin room featured a tatami floor a mini kitchen and a large bath. it had modern decor and every convenience. bedding was available. water dispensers were conveniently located on each floor.

the hotel's location near the train station made accessing various parts of the city simple. a family mart was around the corner. a mega don quijote was across the street. usj was easily accessible via shuttle bus.
